For software problems like viruses or just need the speed back that your computer had when it was new, a system cleanup usually does the trick.

Upgrading your system or replacing worn-out parts, add extra memory or a bigger hard-drive. With an older machine, or where your needs have outgrown your current system, it can be a lot cheaper to give your computer a make-over with some well chosen extras.
